ICT in Science modules
These modules have been produced by NCTE in conjunction with the Junior Science Support Service. Each module gives instructions on how to use technology to support investigative science. Included in each module are a number of exercises for you to practice the skills learned. The resources needed for these exercises can be found on the JSSS CD. To find them click on my computer, right click on JSSS_CD4 and select explore. The resources are in a folder called ICT modules.

This module shows you how to work with data using both Excel and graphing software. It includes basic instructions on datalogging.

Interactive tutorials
The following tutorials are in the form of interactive movies. Follow the instructions on the screen. Some of the actions are done for you, some you will have to perform yourself.
        
Using graphs and charts in Excel
Follow the instructions on the screen to learn how to produce graphs in Excel. When the first screen appears, click next in the bottom right corner to start the tutorial.
